Kaiphone Flexible Metal Tube Business Unit is one of four major institutions of Kaiphone group. In 1993, take advantage of manufacturing flexible metal tube for protection IC payphone handsets wire, Kaiphone find potential market for electrical safety in mainland China, imported advanced equipment and technology from Germany, research and developed flexible protective metal tube for electrical safety. And in 1993, established factory and metal tube business unit in Dongguan, China. The investment amount to ten million HK$; Workforce is 180 persons; Occupied space is twenty thousand square meters, mainly manufacture flexible protective metal tube.

The tenet of Kaiphone is innovative and continuous operation, in order to further advance technology and product quality, Kaiphone recently develop new product continuously and also apply for American UL for UL 1, UL 360 and UL 514B fitting. In 2003, Kaiphone got the certificate from China Classification Society for protective flexible metal tube. Kaiphone passed strict inspection of American UL laboratory, CE standard certificate, EN-50086 certificate, relevant certificate for fire proof of coating material, relevant certificate for American UL514B of connector etc... Flexible Metal Tube Series of kitchen guarding passed NSF , IAPMO , CSA , TOV safety certification etc.

Our current output for flexible metal tube is up to fifty thousand meters per month. Main construction is: monociol, square-lock, interlock and UL listed type etc. The current I.D. range is from 1.0mm through 70mm. The resistant, compression resistant, impact resistant and corrosion resistant etc. And applied extensively for wire and electrical protection in intelligent building wiring, construction decoration sector, national defensive communication, precision machinery, ship building, oil, chemistry, railway, power, nuclear energy, op to, fire fighting, metallurgy, textile printing and dying, rubber, plastics and paper making etc. The material of flexible electrical protective metal tube including stainless steel, galvanized steel, copper and aluminum etc. And can add outer PVC coating or wire braiding to achieve effect of water proof and explosion proof according to requirement of different sector.
